Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label and instructions for sending your item back. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

🛠 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item — we’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale/clearance items
- Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges
If you want a different size or item, the fastest option is to return your item for a refund and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.
💳 Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
