  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of your delivery date.
  • Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.
  • All returns go through a verification and approval process.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Undergarments or hygiene-sensitive clothing
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 15-day window

🔁 How to Start a Return

  • Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure successful delivery.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
  • If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

💳 Refund Timelines

  • Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your package.
  • Refunds typically take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your payment account.
