- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of your delivery date.
- Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.
- All returns go through a verification and approval process.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Undergarments or hygiene-sensitive clothing
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 15-day window
🔁 How to Start a Return

- Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure successful delivery.
🔄 Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
- If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
💳 Refund Timelines
- Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your package.
- Refunds typically take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your payment account.
